We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or CF who is searching for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with speech and language disorders!

Telespeech Therapy is seeking motivated SLPAs to join our team!

• Full-time and part-time positions available immediately
• This role is IN-PERSON in Bakersfield, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of the SLP.
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Monitor and document client progress during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with the SLP to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications:

• Current CA state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Experience working in a speech therapy setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the SLP and other team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of relevant software and assistive communication devices.
• CPR and first aid certification.
