Sun Terrace Rehabilitation Center offers a comprehensive approach to healthcare and offers a wide spectrum of services that include inpatient therapy (respiratory, physical, occupational and speech), around the clock skilled nursing care, outpatient therapy, long-term care, and a wide range of scheduled daily activities.
*Essential Job Duties*
1.Assesses functional levels and capabilities of residents.
2.Conducts ongoing assessments of resident muscle strength, range of motion, coordination and balance and makes recommendations related to resident therapy treatments.
3.Provides physical therapy treatments by following the resident plan of care.
4.Develops goals which are measurable and realistic, based on resident’s care plan.
5.Participates in the discharge planning process for residents
*Qualifications*
*State licensure as a Physical Therapist*
