Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks, including lawn care, mowing, snow plowing, hardscape installation, and groundskeeping. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming

- Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios and walkways

- Plant and maintain gardens, including watering, weeding, and pruning

- Dig trenches and holes .

- Assist with irrigation istallation and repair.

- Assist with the construction of outdoor structures such as fences and retaining walls

- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools

- Perform snow plowing and ice removal during winter months

- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Experience:

- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required

- Mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment is a plus

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time

- Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements is beneficial

- Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is an advantage
