The production CAD Operator is responsible for the creation and revision of lot specific plan sets for jobs in pipeline. They will report to the design and operations manager, and be based out of our College Station home office. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Uses Master CAD files to create lot specific plan sets for jobs in production
• Creates any necessary PDF or DWG files of the plan set

Qualifications include:

• A technical degree (e.g., Associate’s) in computer- aided design or similar;
• Bachelors of Arts in Architecture or its equivalent is preferred
• Working knowledge of using AutoCAD to draw plans for a production builder is preferred
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with AutoCAD or Revit is required
