Tierra Oaks Golf Club and Grape Ranch Golf Club is seeking hard-working individuals to join our Maintenance Team.

If you take pride in your work and enjoy the outdoors, please consider us for employment. We will train and promote you as you learn very specific skills unique to grooming and maintaining a golf course. We offer competitive salaries in this full-time position.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Weeding, raking of sand bunkers, raking leaves, branches, and debris on the golf course.
• Tree and brush removal.
• Irrigation and regular watering.
• Push mow and trim rough spots on the golf course
• Filling sand divots, emptying trash, and other projects.

Qualifications

• Landscape maintenance experience
• Groundskeeping experience
• Maintenance experience
• Irrigation knowledge
• Lawn care experience
• Landscaping skills
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Gardening experience
• Horticulture knowledge
• Proficiency with power tools

Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a variety of outdoor weather conditions. The position is very active and requires lifting, pulling, or pushing up to or over 50 pounds, moving, and/or lifting items with awkward weights. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, distance, and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
