The Workz is a family owned one stop destination for everyone. We have a restaurant, bar and arcade that has video games as well as bowling lanes. We host live bands on the weekends and always have something exciting going on! We are open Wednesday-Sunday.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu

- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly

- Process payments and handle cash transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately

- Familiarity with TOAST POS systems is beneficial

- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
