Warehouse/Packaging Technician

As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Packaging Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture bulk product according to production schedules.
• Package bulk products into finished goods following standard operating procedures.
• Operate packaging equipment such as siphon fillers, scoops, stingers, air pumps, drum dallies, lift pallet jacks, regular pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and general quick connect stainless steel fittings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
• Complete packaging paperwork, SOPs, and equipment log books accurately and timely.
• Process and receive warehouse stock, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
• Report any discrepancies in inventory or packaging materials.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in packaging facilities or similar roles.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, email, inventory management systems).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
