Tea Hut is seeking a reliable and efficient individual to join our team as a Stock Delivery Driver. As a Stock Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods from our warehouse to our store location at 1541 Sloat Blvd in San Francisco. This role requires a clean driving record, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs of goods, and a commitment to ensuring timely deliveries to support our store operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Goods Transportation: Safely and efficiently transport tea products and supplies from the warehouse to the designated store location. Follow established procedures for loading and unloading goods to minimize damage and ensure the integrity of the inventory.

2. Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with store management to schedule and prioritize deliveries based on inventory needs and store operating hours. Communicate any special instructions or requirements related to deliveries to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods.

3. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure that it is in proper working condition. Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management and follow proper procedures for vehicle maintenance and repair.

4. Route Optimization: Plan delivery routes effectively to optimize travel time and minimize fuel consumption. Adapt to changes in traffic conditions or delivery schedules as needed to ensure on-time deliveries.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, inventory transfers, and any discrepancies observed during the delivery process. Ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in delivery or transportation is preferred.

2. Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs of goods safely. Stock delivery drivers may be required to load and unload heavy items during deliveries.

3. Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to meeting delivery deadlines. Stock delivery drivers must be able to adhere to delivery schedules and communicate effectively with store management.

4. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating delivery schedules and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery process.
