Position Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Associate to lead and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has strong execution skills with a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of driving results. This role would report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
2. Ensure brand alignment across company marketing activities.
3. Manage our content development and execution across various social media platforms.
4. Manage defined projects for tradeshow support to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
5. Track, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Manage our email campaigns and track performance over time.
7. Proactively look for opportunities for marketing campaigns that will drive lead generation.
8. Maintaining and updating our website using WordPress.
9. Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including copywriting and creative direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Marketing, Business or related.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a SaaS-based organization in a marketing generalist role
• Proven track record developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for problem solving.
