Street Soccer USA is Hiring a Youth Soccer Coach Near Philadelphia, PA

How We Do It

We meet our goal through high quality, curriculum-based soccer programming for low-income youth in grades K-12. Coaches use soccer as a direct tool with which to improve physical fitness, self-esteem, healthy living habits, and goal oriented behavior among youth and their families. Over 10- to 16-week seasons, our coaches host weekly practices that incorporate an age-appropriate and progressive curriculum of life and job readiness skills. Through field-based learning and play, we help empower players and teach them to be problem solvers in their individual lives and their community. Our relationships with players and their parents also enable us to play a social service coordination role; as we learn more about families’ situations and goals, we connect them with timely and relevant resources and opportunities in their communities.
