Program Assistant

The Program Assistant will support the Lead Program Coordinator by monitoring our digital presence, stuffing seasonal mailings, and creating promotional materials for our Pop-Up pantry sites in order to enhance participation. They will also perform a variety of data entry and clerical tasks necessary to our program such as management of our wearables online store, reviewing and approving reports and scanning. Because we are a Christian, faith based-ministry Christian faith and character must be prevalent in the lives of all employees

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

- Professional experience with social media platforms

- Website maintenance experience

- Familiarity with Canva or similar program

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Quarterly report support

- Site promotional support

- Volunteer support

- Mailing’s support

- Manage store inventory and store orders

- Site data changes

- Food certificate support

- News & alert support

- Guest service support

- Additional support tasks as assigned.

Compensation:

- $18.00 per hour, Part Time, 8-4:30pm Tues., Wed. & Thurs. This is not a remote position.

- Part Time Employees are eligible for SSL. (Safe and Sick Leave accrual equals 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.)
