Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fabrication and Manufacturing Manager to lead our production team. The Fabrication and Manufacturing Manager will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and efficiency in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production output and ensure products meet customer specifications and quality expectations
• Supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations
• Manage inventory and order materials as needed
• Improve operational efficiency and production scheduling
• Enforce safety and quality control standards
• Develop and improve staff training programs
• Recruit and hire new employees
