* 4-8 years of experience working in or with the Intelligence Community
* Experience with ELINT collection and analysis at either the operational or technical level
* Experience with ELINT analysis tools such as MIST or GALE highly preferred
* A general knowledge of and interest in aircraft and/or air defense systems
* Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment that is responsive to world events
* Critical writing/proof-reading and public-speaking skills
* Demonstrated ability to learn new skills/tools and a willingness to expand areas of knowledge as required
* Self-starter able to understand general customer areas of interest and develop specific products and research lines in anticipation of future needs
* Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly REQUIRED Responsibilities: * Assess system operational trends, identifying newly deployed systems, evaluating capabilities, and integrating ELINT with other sources of intelligence to generate a comprehensive understanding of the threat picture.
* Collect, analyze, and exploit data from various sources to evaluate a country's integrated air defense systems (IADS).
* Provide expertise on current and future foreign capabilities in the air / air-defense domains.
* Author comprehensive threat assessments detailing the results of the above analysis. EOE/ADA
