The ideal office manager will be an individual who has great project management skills, is very organized, flexible, and adaptable to change as our business grows and develops. Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting co-pays, filing, data entry, answering phones, updating charts and other administrative work. Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Must be friendly, reliable, have good phone etiquette, be detail oriented, creative, organized and able to multitask.
