We are actively seeking an energetic, professional and reliable Office Team Member with great Customer Service skills to join our Company as an Account Administrator/Coordinator. We are a Manufacturers' Representative and work with Growers and Manufacturers of Food Products around the Country. Our Customer Base is made up of Distributors, Industrial Manufacturers and Large Chain Accounts in the Food Industry. This Individual will be the point of contact for the Manufacturers and Clients to answer questions on products, orders and deliveries as well as receive and place orders, track shipments and handle day to day transactions for their Accounts. The Ideal Candidate is detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task and has excellent computer and communication skills. We are looking for an Individual with Good Interpersonal Skills for positive and productive interactions with their co-workers, clients and customers. Prior experience working in a busy office is required. If you have these exceptional skills and draw energy from being part of a Team but can also work independently, we would very much like to meet you.
