As an Inventory Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our agile and adaptive inventory management system, ensuring optimal levels that directly impact supply chain efficiency. From accurate tracking to trend analysis and demand forecasting, you'll utilize a holistic approach to inventory management. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, you'll collaborate cross-departmentally to align inventory strategy with our overarching company goals. Essential Functions

• Perform monthly sales analysis and provide order recommendations to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.
• Help identify sales trends and other relevant factors to forecast product demand, guide inventory decisions, and stay within the purchasing budget.
• Create and submit orders to suppliers and own supplier communication through all stages of the order process.
• Enter POs in Netsuite and manage and maintain data accuracy through delivery.
• Maintain accurate Return To Stock timelines for cross-departmental needs.

• Process and record all inventory receipts for third party locations in the ERP system

• Provide support to weekly cycle count process and assist with count reconciliations as needed.
• Support bi-annual physical inventory process and associated reconciliations.

• Reconcile inventory on hand data in core holding locations on a monthly basis.
• Prioritize data accuracy and advise when data is out of sync between inventory management systems.

• Calculate and execute Amazon FBA restock orders to all storefronts on a monthly basis.
• Reconcile and report errors and liaise with Amazon support as needed.
• Evaluate stock levels on a regular basis and identify opportunities to both effectively manage slow-moving inventory and to capitalize on high sellers.
• Utilize data analytics to identify inventory trends, optimize opportunities, and highlight areas for potential improvement
• Generate and analyze inventory management KPIs on a weekly cadence.
• Provide timely and accurate reports to leadership and strategize course correction when out of alignment with company goals.
• Continuously evaluate and refine inventory management processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Base salary or hourly pay range, $57,000 - $60,000 (dependent upon experience)

• Intermediate or better proficiency in Excel.
  • can run VLOOKUPs, build pivot tables, and perform a handful of formulas (e.g. IFs and IFERRORs, CONCATENATE, etc.)

Education and Experience

• 2 years of commensurate, applicable experience in an analytical role
• 2 years experience using Netsuite ERP, Amazon Seller Central, MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana preferred
• 1 year experience with Amazon Seller Central, with emphasis on location restocks and reconciliations
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Additional experience and skill sets with a high school diploma or equivalent considered in lieu of degree
• APICS certification or pursuit of designation a plus

Work Environment - Hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office)
While working remotely, you will need a quiet space that you can use to allow you to be present and focused during work hours. In addition to two days in the office per week, your position may require you to be physically in the office more often when projects or in person meetings are required.

When working at the office, we operate under Good Manufacturing Practices which may at times require wearing safety glasses and closed toe shoes. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Travel
Average of two 3-4 day trips per year to meet with domestic suppliers.
