RenoSys Corporation is an Indianapolis, IN based aquatic designer, manufacturer and contractor specializing in renovation and construction in the commercial swimming pool and aquatic facilities markets.

For over 37 years RenoSys has been a proud industry leader in developing PVC and stainless-steel pool systems. We have been providing cost-effective solutions for common pool problems in municipalities, military bases, high-rise buildings, YMCAs, schools, private clubs, and hotels in every US state. Our customers include pool operators in public and commercial sectors, as well as architects, engineers, and designers.

Responsibilities

● Responsible for the creation of shop drawings, fabrication drawings and submittals for RenoSys stainless steel pools and other products using both Auto CAD and Solidworks BIM software.

● Facilitate project handoff meetings with sales staff to gain understanding of design requirements for each individual project.

● Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings for coordination purposes between RenoSys products and project at large.

● Analyze complex sketches, notes and other input to determine and plan the best approach to develop and complete models and drawings with support from manager.

● Attend and participate in design coordination meetings with pool owners, pool contractors and engineers / architects.

● Manage multiple projects at once to ensure timely completion of design work as prioritized by manager.

● Create, organize and manage a detailed parts library to meet both standard and custome desig configurations.

● Communicate effectively with other team members and management regarding project status, due dates and issues.

● Update design log daily for visibility to other team members on design status and lead times.

Qualifications:

● The ideal candidate will have 2 years of CAD and 5 years of BIM experience with Solidworks software.

● 5 years relevant experience and working knowledge of structural steel building components. Consideration will be given to candidates with complex metal fabrications or pool design experience.

● Must be able to effectively navigate full sets of commercial construction drawings to locate specific pages, sections and details.

● Experience using BIM software to develop 2D conventional drawings and 3D models.

● Must be organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Candiadate should be able to stop a project and pivot to another while awaiting for clarifications and answers. This job is not suited for someone who must see a task to completion before moving to another.

● Solid work ethic with attention to detail, a care for the handling of projects and a desire to improve and grow their knowledge.

● Desire to become a leader while remaining coachable through the process.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
