Software Engineering of America is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager

Inside Sales Representative

As an SEA Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling new accounts and up-selling existing accounts for SEA’s solutions. SEA offer’s an exciting work environment with a large opportunity for professional growth. SEA will provide you with full training on our products and services.

This position is based in Melville, NY.

Compensation is - Salary commissions Benefits.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and prospecting to target companies in North America
  • Managing the sales cycle from product introduction to close
  • Use social media to influence prospects and target companies about SEA solutions.

Required Skills

  • Team player with a positive attitude, initiative and personal accountability
  • Exceptionally motivated and hard working
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the Phone
  • Demonstrate a high-level of self-motivation, commitment and activity to attain corporate and personal goals as well as the ability to excel
  • Must be trainable
  • Basic computer proficiency
