Position Summary
The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who can assist our attorneys with a variety of work including but not limited to litigation, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and foreclosure work. This position applies knowledge of legal concepts and processes; prepares pleadings and motions; facilitates the discovery process; summarizes and analyzes document productions; and performs legal research as directed.
