Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center is Hiring a Kitchen Staff Near Bismarck, ND

Hi! We are looking to add to our kitchen team! We are looking for individuals that are motivated, flexible, dependable, dedicated and willing to jump in when and where needed. Someone that isn't afraid to wash the dishes and maybe even take an order now and then. Someone with high energy and a positive attitude that can manage their time well. If you think you are a good fit come see me! There is a lot of room for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during banquets and events

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members and communicate with guests
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
