We are looking for a PRN Registered Nurse in our high paced, energetic ophthalmic surgery center. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, cool-tempered, responsible and well-trained professional able to give superior nursing care with little supervision. Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must as well as being a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Operating room experience is not required but helpful. Valid nursing license required. Pay DOE.

Responsibilities

• Admitting and preparing patients prior to their procedures
• Circulating and monitoring in the operative rooms
• Discharge teaching and post op care following their surgeries
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families
• Pre procedure calls to patients
• Maintain excellent hygiene and safety protocols throughout the facility

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
