The Roanoke Restaurant is looking for assistant general managers to join our team!

Roanoke Hospitality includes the following restaurants:

Roanoke, Grill on 21, Bandol and Aire, Fillmore, and 101 Club

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the overall operation of the restaurant. The ideal candidate would have 3 or more years in Restaurant Management as an AGM and have a proven history of running restaurant operations, financials, and guest service successfully.

Abilities and other requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and systems
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Wine and Beverage Knowledge
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per day.
• Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant
• Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, and carry.
• Ability to carry up to 30 pounds (the weight of a heavy tray)
