About the Role:

As an Assistant Project Manager with R&R, you'll play a pivotal role in representing our firm and ensuring the success of our projects. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain valuable leadership skills. From site grading to utility design, you'll be involved in every aspect of project management, making a real impact from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Lead our project team to successful project completion.
Coordinate tasks across all phases of the project cycle.
Identify and address potential design or construction problems proactively.
Manage communication with clients and provide technical support.
Ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets.
Cultivate client relationships and seek new project opportunities.
Direct project team activities, including defining project scope, budget, and schedule.
Oversee quality control and maintain client contact for each project.
Assist in setting goals, evaluating staff performance, and mentoring team members.
Coordinate staff resources and participate in contract negotiations.
Communicate project requirements to all team members effectively.
Commit resources of the firm to ensure project progress and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
EI required; Colorado Professional Engineer license preferred.
Experience in various project types, including private, municipal, recreational, and educational projects.
Strong leadership skills and experience in land development design.
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Civil 3D.
Knowledgeable about plan requirements for construction plan submittals.
Experience working with local agencies to gain project approvals.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative.
