Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Manager to join our team. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of construction projects. This is a dynamic role that requires strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Assist in project scheduling and coordination, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget - Collaborate with the construction team to develop project plans and timelines - Utilize software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, and ProCore to track project progress and update stakeholders - Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and resources needed - Support the construction management team in overseeing daily operations on the job site - Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction - Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including change orders, RFIs, and meeting minutes Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred - Proven experience in construction project coordination or management - Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore - Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools like Primavera - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
