The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is friendly, high energy, and loves working with a team. We prefer someone with prior health care or optometric experience, but not required. Training is performed for this role.
Typical daily tasks would include: Direct patient care, pre-testing, scheduling appointments, review of exam protocols, working 1-1 with the doctor, selling in office eye care products, ordering optical goods, and administrative duties as applied.

* Knowledge of Crystal electronic medical record software
* Use of ophthalmic equipment.

Premier has a 2-4 week training for all new staff to ensure they understand the system basics as well to function in each role to help in the flow of the office.
Requirements/ abilities:
* Self initiated to learning new things
* High School/GED diploma
* Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience
* Work experience in the healthcare / Optometric industry
* Strong work ethic, reliable and committed.

* Able to multi-task
*Able to address multiple avenues of communication from texting to emailing and/or verbal with a reasonable time frame.
* Keeping up with office supplies and needs and ordering as needed
