Need medication management twice a day for a patient who lives near River Rd and La Canada.

Visit time 7am-8am daily and 7pm-8pm daily

Job Requirements:
- RN/LPN with Arizona Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB
- State Fingerprint Card
- Ability to pass background check
