The candidate for the herbicide applicators position will be responsible for treating invasive species plants and shrubs at MacDill Air Force Base.
You would need your Pesticide Applicators license and "Natural Areas" certificate.
The candidate would work 4 - 10 hr days or 5 - 8 hr days, your choice, applying herbicides from a back pack sprayer or 4 wheel ATV.
The work is on a active military base and is probably the nicest place you could work. Great environment, good people, paid holidays (11), vacation, sick days and education fees covered as approved.
