We are looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant with at least one year in a leasing role. The qualified candidate will have outstanding customer service and sales ability. This is the position for you if you are looking for a career with a company that likes to promote from within. Looking currently for consultants in the Downtown Las Vegas Area.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with leasing inquiries and securing appointments
• Providing property tours
• Closing and processing rental applications
• Preparing resident's leases and assisting with move-in coordination
• Assist the community manager in the day-to-day operation of the community

Requirements:

• Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Must possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Computer skills and property management software experience a plus
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is helpful
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
