Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience in banking, business, finance, accounting or related field
- Three to six years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience with preferred three years experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products, and services as well as bank compliance and regulatory knowledge.
- Strong customer service, communication and supervisory skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 40 hours per week or more.
- Must be able to repeatedly bend, twist, kneel/squat and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to push/pull up to 20 lbs.
Shift:
Monday – Friday: shift may vary depending on need. Office location hours are 7:15 am – 5:45 pm
