What does a Restoration Project Manager with Paul Davis do?
  • Most of our work involves cabinetry, countertops, drywall, painting, all types of flooring, and trim.
  • Our supervisors coordinate the work with a team of skilled tradespeople.
  • Your must have a solid knowledge of the building process, materials, with an eye for quality and cleanliness.
  • Knowledge of required building inspections is a must. Not all jobs require permits and inspections, but many do.
  • You will set budgets and create work orders before you begin new projects.
  • You will be responsible to obtain written and agreed upon material selections.
  • The goal is to get property owners back in their homes as quickly as possible.
  • Your role is to constantly visit your properties to assure excellent quality work and swift progress towards completion.
  • Excellent computer skills and advanced use of smart phones is necessary
  • Daily notes in our systems and photography of progress is mandatory
  • Make sure to process and pay your trades when their work is completed to your satisfaction.
  • Pitch in and do minor punch items when necessary to obtain a Certificate of Satisfaction from the client. This usually only happens if you are missing quality issues during the project. Doing punchout should be rare, but you must be capable of doing it to get the job completed.

We work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Supervisor, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

  • Our current Supervisors yearly pay range from $65,000 to $100,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.
  • The starting pay rate is $65,000 and is based on completing $1M per year or the ability to complete $83,000 of work per month. If you can produce $2M in closed projects, your salary would be increased to $90,000.
  • Bonus - you will also earn 15% of the savings for coming in under budget.

Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
