About the Role:

The Vice President of Clinic Services has overall strategic and operational responsibility for our ambulatory infusion centers/clinics.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience/Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and active Registered Nurse license or Doctor of Medicine, Osteopathy in the state(s) where job performed
• RN or Doctor of Medicine/Osteopathy
• 5 years’ experience in an acute care or family physician setting or 10 years of Nurse management experience and 2 years of leading in an infusion setting. Possesses strong knowledge of chronic disease states as well as current and emerging therapies
• Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
• Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion/AccuRX team.

Essential Functions:

• Leads and oversees the development and implementation of operating and strategic plans for the clinic services department.
• Develops and implements new business strategies and solutions to improve efficiencies, quality and drive excellence in customer service.
• Develops and monitors key performance indicators for service excellence, quality and productivity and creates a culture of accountability.
• Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all Provider and Nursing services in the ambulatory infusion centers/clinics ensuring safe and quality services are being provided.
