Philip DeBerard, Injury Attorney is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Stuart, FL

Philip DeBerard, Injury Attorney, is seeking an experienced personal injury litigation paralegal to help injured clients receive fair compensation for physical and/or mental injury resulting from negligence.

Job duties will include interviewing clients and witnesses, investigation, monitoring medical expenses, lost wages and other damages; gathering and evaluating medical records; consulting with clients and their medical providers regarding medical treatment and future medical needs; maximizing available insurance coverage; e-filing, draftingpleadings and discovery, scheduling, preparingclosing statements, processing settlements; developing and maintaining effective working relationship with medical and legal professionals in the local community; maintainingcontact with former clients to secure referrals.

Position requires minimum of 3 years experience in personal injury litigation work , strong interpersonal skills, time management, meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent writing, communication, organizational and typing skills, drive and determination. Experience with FileVine software is a plus.

This is not a trainee position. Applicants should be capable of immediately taking on a litigation case load and putting out quality work product.
