We are a quickly growing engineering and manufacturing company located in Bristol, CT. We have a need to add a strong team member to our Tool & Die department to support new projects. This position will be involved in R&D Projects, Building Custom Machines, and supporting improvement projects.
We are looking for the right resource that wants to aggressively learn & grow within our company!
Essential Functions:
- Experience tolerance Manual Machining (Milling, Turning, Grinding)
- Understanding of GD&T and reading prints
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using standard toolroom tools and measuring devices
- Experience in making and building high speed custom machines
- Must be able to address technical issues in a timely manner
