Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our salon guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure their services are met and enjoyable. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival

- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

- Provide information about salon services, and appointment schedules

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

- Assist guests with re-booking, sale of products, and other requests

- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information

- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate departments

- Collaborate with education staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

- Follow school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests as well as the Future Professionals

Skills:

- Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles preferred

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

- Knowledge of salon systems is a plus

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
