Our goal is to provide excellent and quality care to all of our patients across the lifespan. Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are looking for one full time or two part time CERTIFIED medical assistants. We are a small family practice. The hours would be four 10 hour days. We would be open to discussing five 8 hour days. This position would be phone work as well as rooming patients. We see patients from new babies to geriatric patients. We do lots of immunizations as well.Responsibilities and DutiesVital signs, medication review, diabetic foot exams, snellen eye chart exams, breathing treatments, vaccinations, entering orders, urinalysis testing, pregnancy testing, phone calls, prior authorizations, pre-certifications, working with providers, rooming patientsQualificationsWe strongly prefer a certification in medical assisting. We require excellent multitasking ability.
