We are looking for a dependable Quality Lead to join our Pennsylvania manufacturing facility.

General Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sampling in-process products, incoming components and finished goods using the guidelines established in standard operating procedures.
• Participate in quality meetings on a periodic basis to build and maintain the quality program.
• Maintain quality records pertaining to training, compliance, corrective actions etc. related to the facility.
• Responsible for overseeing the quarantine area and ensuring Hold Tags are placed on non-conforming product.
• Data entry related to production and quality as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Highschool graduate or equivalent
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to operate lab equipment and maintain accurate records
• Self-directed requiring limited supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with coworkers and management
• Able to read measurements

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in manufacturing environment
• Bilingual: English and Bengali

Salary: $23.000 per hour
