We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Logistics Recruiter to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary: As a Corporate Logistics Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent to join our logistics team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute the end-to-end recruitment process. Your expertise in logistics and supply chain roles will be crucial in assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract candidates with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Implement and utilize various recruiting tools and platforms such as iCIMS, Salesforce, Taleo, and Lever to identify and attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Facilitate the offer negotiation process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to effectively utilize social media platforms for recruiting purposes.
- Experience with cold calling potential candidates
- Knowledge of recruiting strategies and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
