GeneralResponsibilities

·Prepareannualaffirmative actionprograms,EEO‐1&Vets4212reports,andanyother specialreportsforclientsatthedirectionofConsultantsandTeam LeadusingOutSolve’s proprietarysoftware and Microsoft Office on a Windows-based computer

·Prepare client’s data priortoimportingintosoftware, which includes detecting any inaccurate or incomplete records with speed and accuracy

·Communicatedataissuestoclient or consultant forresolution

·Create an Affirmative Action Plan within OutSolve’s proprietarysoftware

·Reviewresultsofallanalysesforqualitycontrol

·Maintain workload and communicates the status of each task with the applicable consultant

JobQualifications

Education:Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalentworkexperience

Experience:Entrylevelposition

·Ability to learn software and regulations pertaining to the affirmative action program

·Able to establish and maintain client relationships

·Good Critical Thinking Skills to help identify issues with client’s data

·Excellentwrittenandoralcommunication

·ProficiencyinMicrosoft ExcelandMicrosoft Word
