Essential Functions

Creates communications for members through website, signs, and social media.

· Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

· Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

· Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications

· Perform retouching and manipulation of images

· Create monthly member newsletter to include collecting information from managers, editing content and liaison with printer.

· Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Qualifications/Skills

Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software

Additional Responsibilities

· Update, revise and monitor the website on a weekly basis.

· Monitor and up smartphone application.

· Send twice weekly e-mail marketing to members through website and Smartphone App updating the coming week’s events.

· Send e-mail and text notifications to members as needed to announce schedule changes, repair schedules, etc.

· Update digital member marketing daily.

· Prepare table tents, menu inserts and other marketing material for dining rooms.

· Assist food and beverage management staff with creating special menus for wine dinners, beverage tastings and other events.

· Controls on-line dining reservations

· Create special brochures for club activities to include Youth Summer Booklet, Rites of Spring brochure, Christmas activities and others.

· Maintain supply of club activities information to make available to members.

· Monitor all social media activity ensuring that items are replied to and actioned in an immediate timeframe.

· Manage Club Facebook and Instagram to keep club compliant with privacy requirements.

· Take photos of member events to post on social media and use in marketing pieces.

· Update employee bulletin board monthly.

Other Duties:

· Answers telephone, acts as a concierge when necessary.

· Assist with membership mailings, including statements.

· Effectively responds to member comments in accordance with club standards, policies and rules; uses ideas, feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the services provided to members. Directs member complaints and /or comments to the proper department.

Other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
