We have an immediate opening for a Estimator located at our Boise, Idaho facility.

The Estimator position is a rich training ground for opportunities to grow a career in project management. We desire applicants who have the ability and desire to grow their careers for many years to come.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written forms.
  • Must be able to work in a team
  • Must be able to be self-motivated
  • Communicate with external vendors to maximize project profitability
  • Plan and specification review
  • Project-specific quantity take-offs
  • Build strategic and sustainable relationships with our clients

Qualifications

We regard a Construction Management degree highly, but it is not a requirement.

An ability and eagerness to interface directly with clients and help us to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace is critical.
