Geo Sales Representative

REPORTS TO: Area Sales Manager

Description

· Pre-sell sales representative that calls on general market accounts not included in other sales representative models

· Routed by geographical efficiency

· Calling on off premise and on premise accounts

Responsibilities

· Responsible for order/inventory and selling in of products in retail accounts on a designated weekly sales route

· Ensure each retail account consistently meets the company’s retail execution standards

· Responsible for executing on all company initiated sales programs

· Utilize all company sales technology

· Maintain focus on the entire product portfolio, working to achieve company gross profit goals

· Maintain maximum shelf space and meet all distribution goals

· See that all products on shelves and in coolers are rotated properly and retailers are trained in product rotation

· Manage close-to-code product in retail accounts in accordance with company policy, working to minimize out-of-code product

Customer Relations

· Maintain effective relationships with store level decision makers and influencers

· Works to resolve customer complaints and problems

Other

· Follow all federal, state, and local laws and regulations

· Work safely and follow all company policies and procedures

· Properly utilize and maintain all assigned company equipment, vehicles, and property

· Completes their personal development plan as agreed to with their immediate manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
