We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to perform maintenance and repairs on our 70 rental properties located in Muskegon, Oceana and Newaygo Counties. This position is on an as-needed basis. At many times this will require full time work, but 40 hours is not guaranteed. The ideal candidate will be reliable and pay attention to detail. Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:

· Performing property clean out, removing items left behind by tenants

· General repair work including but not limited to: minor drywall work, patching, painting, minor structural repairs, door removal/install, install/repair subfloor and/or floor covering, repair leaks, faucets, door handles/locks, pickup and install appliances, minor cleaning

· Yard work including mowing, raking and weed whacking

· Snowplowing, shoveling and other snow or ice removal

· Complete regular maintenance checklists

· Communicate with property managers and owners on a regular basis

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
