Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, ensuring accuracy of financial records, and preparing reports for management.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Assist with guest requests, such as room service orders or additional amenities.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and report generation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is desirable.
