Memorial MRI and Diagnostic has led the way in providing comprehensive diagnostic imaging and treatment services using advanced technology and state-of-the-art equipment. Our physicians, management, technologists, and support staff make up our premier practice. We are responsible for facilitating the needs of physicians and healthcare providers to ensure that every patient receives the highest degree of care and compassion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

• Maintain the appearance of work vehicles, visual and hands on. Complete weekly maintenance checklist.

• Maintain the service of all work vehicles.

• Patient pickup and drop-offs, including location scheduled.

• Timely manner of mail pick up and drop-off.

• Transportation of inter office mail and supply, equipment and furniture runs as needed.

• Facility management and maintenance of supplies

• Company event assistance; marketing assistance.

• Pick up parcels containing medical records and charts and patient samples and read and understand instructions for care.

• Place and stack packs safely in delivery vehicle along with corresponding papers and receipts.

• Chart out shortest and most efficient way to reach delivery destination on conventional maps or the GPS.

• Drive delivery vehicle to the destination by ensuring delivery haul integrity at all times.

• Verify name of the recipient by checking identities and hand over records to them.

• Ascertain that signatures are obtained on receipts and that any correlating paperwork is handed over.

• Return any undelivered packs / parcels to the facility and provide valid reasons for failed deliveries.

• Timely delivery of Film and CD's.

• Timely delivery of delivery of office supplies to all MMD locations.

• Complete the couriers daily log and turn into manager daily.
