Midwest Doors, Inc is Hiring an Installation Manager Near Bismarck, ND

Midwest Doors has an opening for an Installation Manager at our Bismarck, ND location. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the Installation Department. The Installation Manager is responsible for driving profitable revenue, while positively leading and managing the Installation staff, processes, and procedures. The Installation Manager schedules Installation work, while working to continuously improve our customer experiences. Responsibilities:

  • Lead & supervise the field installation team. Includes participating in hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate scheduling and dispatching for installation team.
    • Deliver highly coordinated projects to the installers for efficient execution of projects.
    • Knowledge of status of ongoing projects.
    • Create, maintain, and ensure an exceptional customer experience by working with different teams, customers, and vendors.
    • Organize morning meetings, training, and certifications for field employees.
    • Collaborate with other branches to promote smooth operations and effective communication within the Install department.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships by handling customer concerns quickly and professionally.
    • Make sure that department strategies align with overall business objectives and company mission, vision, and values.
    • Track and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Promote safety above all else. Set the team up for success with proper equipment and perform routine safety audits of field personnel.
    • Review and approve payroll.
    • Backup support for your branch’s scheduled Emergency Service technician.
    • Promote an environment that encourages learning and development for all team members.
    • Other Duties as Assigned

    • College degree and 2 years of relative managerial experience
    • Or 5 years of relative managerial experience
    • Intermediate level – Microsoft Office 365
    • Strong computer and phone skills, such as installing and updating software applications.
    • The pay range is $65,000-$80,000 based on experience.
