MGA is Hiring a Coordinator, Digital Sales Near Elmsford, NY

We are seeking an experienced Digital Salesperson to join our business team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital sales advertising and a proven track record of success in selling advertising space in digital publications.
Core Responsibilities:- Sell advertising space in the MGA’s award-winning digital 5x per year magazine
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and advertisers
- Create and present compelling sales pitches to potential advertisers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings

What You Bring to the MGA:

The Digital Salesperson would use a variety of strategies to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and advertisers, including:
-Research and Targeting: Identifying potential clients and advertisers who would be a good fit for the MGA’s digital magazine by conducting thorough research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target audience demographics.
-Personalized Outreach/Networking: Crafting personalized and compelling sales pitches tailored to the specific needs and interests of potential clients and advertisers. This could include highlighting the unique benefits of advertising in the digital magazine and how it aligns with their marketing objectives.
-Follow-Up: Consistent follow-up with potential clients and advertisers to nurture the relationship, address any concerns or questions, and provide additional information as needed.
-Providing Value: Offering valuable insights, industry knowledge, and data-driven recommendations to potential clients and advertisers to demonstrate the value of advertising in the digital magazine and how it can contribute to their marketing goals.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to develop customized advertising strategies that align with the needs and objectives of the MGA and advertisers, showcasing the publication's reach, engagement, and success stories.
By utilizing these strategies, the Digital Salesperson can effectively develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and advertisers, ultimately driving sales and revenue for the digital magazine.

Qualifications:- 3 years of experience in digital sales advertising
- Proven track record of success in selling digital advertising space
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HubSpot or other database programs)

- Valid Driver’s License with access to an automobile and the ability to travel throughout the Tri-State area required

This is a full-time position based in Elmsford, NY. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office three days per week minimum. If you have a passion for digital sales and advertising and are looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation:

- Expected salary range $50,000-60,000 / year

- Paid time off (Vacation, sick, bereavement)

- Job expenses covered (staff uniforms, meals, and mileage reimbursement while traveling)
