Expo and Food Runner - $14/hr plus tips (averaging about $20-23/hr)
Mama Ricotta's is consistently rated among the city's best Italian restaurants providing exemplary service to our guests since 1992. After 30 years in business, Mama Ricotta's restaurant is expanding and refreshing its location housed in the Midtown area of Uptown Charlotte.
The Mama Ricotta's team is currently looking to add an Expo and Food Runner to our high-volume restaurant.

The Expo and Food Runner is primarily responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately . It is this person who will maintain the cleanliness of the expo line, organization of order tickets, and communicate effectively with BOH team.
We Are Looking for a Food Runner Who:

• Is guest-service oriented
• Is outgoing, upbeat, positive, and a great team player
• Has high standards and an ability to multitask
• Can lift up to 25 pounds
• Thrives in a constantly changing environment
