Majestic Cares State Tested Nurse Assistant (STNA)is responsible for assisting in the nursing operations of the facility under the direct supervision of the nursing staff. The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Nurses Aide Certification, in good standing
Provide high quality patient care under direction of nursing staff
Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Have a compassionate and caring demeanor
Possess the ability to build rapport with residents and other care team members
Be familiar with medical terminology
Work well in teams
