M3 Management is a reputable management company serving the Maryland Region for the last 7 years.
Over the past 7 years, M3 management has purchased and managed over 15 properties from Essex Maryland, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Prince Georges County, Washington DC and Ohio.
We are a young and vibrant management company, that puts our residents and team members first. All team members will receive the same guidance, education, and support needed in order for them to be successful. We are looking for long-term team members who want to grow with our company.
Most of our managers started with one property and have since managed multiple properties.

Job Requirements:
1. On-site property management
2. Leasing and tours
3. Delinquency outreach
4. Manage the apartment turnover and renovations
5. Spanish speaking is an added bonus!

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
