Job Title: Bilingual Machine Operator/Lead

Location: Plano, Tx

Pay rate: $17/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am- 5pm

Job Description: 1. Installing, fixing, and operating various types of machinery. 2. Performing routine maintenance checks. 3. Following strict safety regulations and guidelines. 4. Operating mechanical or computer-operated equipment. 5. Maintaining equipment to ensure safe and effective operation. 6. Preparing machinery for daily use. 7. Inspecting machinery for safety issues. 8. Training other employees. 9. Coordinating the daily activities of warehouse personnel 10. Managing inventory levels 11. Ensuring the accuracy of shipments and inventory 12. Overseeing supply chain management processes in distribution centers 13. Liaising with suppliers and customers 14. Recruiting and motivating staff 15. Monitoring work performance
